This is an amazing book and resource to keep on your desk…not the shelf. It looks at the unique challenges in the workplace, the role of motivation in programs, the motivational leader, tips and suggestions for daily motivation (great chapter), organizational incentives, and leadership challenges-looking ahead. Survival kit suggestions, motivational assessment tools, and effective feedback dialogue points are in the appendix. I just bought 6 leadership books and found this one to be the most helpful in working with and motivating staff.
